INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATION

Dimensions: the poster board size is 190 cm wide and 100 cm high (landscape format).
Double-sided adhesive tape will be available at the congress center.

The poster sessions will be held in the main exhibit hall (Hall 1) of the Palexpo Conference Center.
Morning session posters should be put up between 08:00 and 08:30 and removed between 13:00 and 13:30.
Afternoon session posters should be put up between 13:30 and 14:00 and removed by 18:30. Posters not taken down by the time required may be removed for disposal.
Authors are requested to be present at their poster at least for one hour, starting at the time indicated in the programme entry.
